The short version

BillsZilla processes everything in your browser. Your invoice data — business details, client names, amounts — is never sent to our servers, because we don't have servers that receive it. We couldn't see your invoices even if we wanted to.

What we collect

  • Invoice data: nothing. It stays in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently.
  • Analytics: we may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are visited. This never includes your invoice content.
  • Advertising: to keep BillsZilla free, we display ads. Ad providers (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can control ad personalization in your Google ad settings.
  • Contact emails: if you email us, we keep your message only long enough to reply.

What we never do

  • We never ask you to create an account.
  • We never upload your invoices, logos, or client details anywhere.
  • We never sell personal data — there is nothing to sell.

Cookies

BillsZilla itself sets no tracking cookies. Third-party ad providers may set cookies as described above; your browser settings let you block or delete them.

Your control

Because your data lives only in your browser, you are in complete control: use the Delete buttons in your invoice history, or clear your browser's site data to wipe everything BillsZilla stored.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of BillsZilla means you accept the current policy.
